CWave® has the bandwidth and coverage range so that HD content (even 1080p) recorded on a single STB/DVR can be accessed and enjoyed from anywhere in the home. Multiple simultaneous HD streams, even with smooth Trick Play and interactive program guide overlays, can be accommodated. These abilities may eliminate the need for multiple high-end STB/DVRs around the home, eliminating both clutter and extra expense.

CWave® offers approximately four times the over-coax networking capacity of any alternative chipset today; other technologies use several chips to achieve similar results, which increases cost. With the knowledge that data capacity requirements always increase, CWave® meets and exceeds today's requirements, and its technology has the ability to continue to increase performance dramatically in the future.
